TBI,

announced an agreement with Nulastin,
Inc. to provide a new
biotechnological skincare program
using as its main ingredient
genetically engineered Human
Tropoelastin and enhancing it’s
delivery and incorporation into skin
with Iontophoresis using TBI’s MCR
microcurrent units. Tropoelastin is
the soluble precursor to the human
matrix protein, Elastin. Elastin is
the second most abundant protein in
the skin and the one that gives the
skin its resiliency. In humans
native Elastin production is
inhibited or curtailed after the
onset of puberty. Thereafter Elastin
is gradually lost ultimately causing
the appearance of aged skin.
